Babu Abraham: (Senior Leader)
Babu Abraham has been serving as a pastor for over 18 years. He is very passionate about his calling to make Jesus visible. He uses every opportunity to show Jesus to others wherever he is. He considers it the greatest privilege to work and live for the Lord.
He believes we all need to be careful of taking ourselves too seriously. The one thing we should be serious about is our faithfulness and intimacy to Jesus. Seeing Jesus transform lives, relationships and communities is a delightful experience for him.
He also has a strong opinion about the role the church should play in its community. The church should be alive and vibrant, both within the walls of a building and in the homes of people. He has a vital voice in the decision making and monitoring of church activities. He mixes the practical and spiritual well giving input and oversight over the church's administration, grounds, building, community and pastoral activities.
He has a strong passion for Jesus and for the body of Christ and adds a strong mind to the leadership team of Bethesda Bahrain.
He is married to his wonderful wife; Sheena Babu and has a wonderful family with 3 amazing children-Faith, Berith and Dorea. All his 3 children are passionate about serving the Lord.
OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Kurian Mathai (Assoc Leader)
Kurian Mathai is the Associate Leader of Bethesda Bahrain- Malayalam group. He has been a part of the church ever since it was planted in 2005. He is very ardent about the church and various church activities. He loves making an impact in the lives of people and community.
Jebaraj AKC
He heads the Tamil church teaching kingdom principles and nestling a passion for the Holy Spirit. Together with his wife Sis. Sheeba, they help the Tamil believers really understand and live the gospel.
Lemo Leon
Lemo heads the Hindi services of Bethesda Bahrain since 2012 following the departure of Br. Thomas George who laid the corner stone for the Hindi church.
Lemo and his wonderful wife Feba have a passion for the Holy Spirit, evangelism and making a positive impact on the younger generation.
Joseph Ramayyan
He's a leading intercessor and has a heart for mission field. He has preached the word of God in and around different parts of India. He leads a community group in Salmabad every Monday.
Charls Varghese
Charls Varghese is the Senior Elder and the Principal of the Sunday school. He shares his passion for theology with the younger and older generation. He also has a heart for intercession.
Ambili Thomas
Ambili Thomas is an integral part of our community. She is very passionate about children's ministry and is currently the Assistant Principal of our Sunday School. She is married to Thomas Joseph and have three amazing, talented children- Aaron, Acxa and Irene.
Sheena Babu
Sheena Babu, wife of Babu Abraham, leads the Women of Faith group. She is a prophetic voice to the church and is passionate about the body pursuing the mind of Christ.
Saji John
Saji John is the integral voice to the administration of our church who actively pursues the well being of every believer and makes sure everyone is well taken care of. His wife Dabeena Saji helps to lead the Women of Faith group and the cell group. They have two children- Deryn Susanne, who serves as a vibrant worship leader and a son Jesrel.
Sam Meneth
Sam and his wife Jaisy are the adoring parents of 2 children-Ethania and Ethan. They are both very passionate about reaching this generation of families & selflessly serving Christ.

Pastor Babu Abraham and Sheena Babu have been parenting the Bethesda family with utmost dedication and unshakable faith that has worked miracles among the believers. They have an interesting teaching style that connects people with the life changing principles of the Bible. They reside in Bahrain and have three beautiful children: Faith, Berith and Dorea.
